我和我朋友准备签约一个2-1的房子，但是现在第三个人想来和我们合租，如果把那人
加进lease的话，需要交100元的administration fee, 每月多付大约35元左右的水费，
如果就私下让那人租，就不用交这些钱给aprtment manager了。请问如果这样（瞒报）
备查出来会对将来申请绿卡，或者签证，和信用记录有影响么？如果有影响，对三人都
有还是只对我们签约的两个有？谢谢.
