square feet. The rent is $860 including water and trash. I want to find a
male roommate so the rent is $430 each person.
The address is 7600 Kirby Dr., Houston, TX, 77030. The apartment is very
safe and convenient. 5 minutes' drive to Rice and Medical Center, 5-10
minutes' walk to Kroger, CVS, Target and Fiesta. Also the apartment is next
to Brays Bayou Bike Trail. You can go to Medical Center using bike.
