It is 3 bedrooms with 2 full baths with washer and dryer on the 3rd floor.
It is very close to UNCC and should only take you about 10-15 mins walk to
the campus.
Rent by month is 950 dollars.
If you are willing to sign 6-month contract, rent is 900.
1-yr contract, rent is 850. 2-yr, rent is 800 dollars.
