when my current lease expires with possible renewal pending on the
agreement between you and your roommate. The room I am renting is $1000/
month. I am a very busy professional, so I will sub-lease it at $870 which
means you will get $1000 cash back if you sub-lease my room (up-front $1000
cash payment to you from me if you take over my lease).
Payment: $1,000 per month, first and last month (It is $870/month you will
pay after the deduction of $1000 cash over the period of the lease).
Term: November 5- July 31, 2011 when my current lease expires with possible
renewal pending on the agreement between you and your roommate
Date available: November 5 (negotiable).
Parking: Off-street parking
No pets are permitted
Seeking a roommate (ONE PERSON ONLY) to share very large, beautiful, modern
two-bedroom apartment in professionally managed building. This sunny unit
with hardwood floors includes central AC/heat, a good size bedroom and
private bathroom, living room & kitchen, and balcony. The apartment is fully
furnished - all you will need is your bedroom furniture. The building is
equipped with security, elevators, trash chute on each floor and beautifully
maintained grounds with an outdoor pool in the building as well as
concierge service on site. Conveniently located less than a minute walk to
the Green line (B line, close to Boston University and Boston College) and
the bus station (No. 66 go directly to Harvard University ) right off
Harvard and Commonwealth Ave. It is very close to Super88 Asian supermarket
and Shaw supermarket. You will share with a very busy professional Asian
female who travels a lot.
