one bedroom, one bathroom apartment, $900 per month, for 4 months.
the current price for this apartment is $1200 per month with a full year
contract. if paid month by month, $1500 would be the monthly rent.
I got this price two and a half years ago and with a promotion.
besides, as an incentive I would throw in the current internet service with
no additional charge.
the tenant would be responsible for utilities (normally $100 per month) and
pets are not allowed.
