My current roomie is moving out and i need to find another person to share
my apt.
The apartment is one bed room and one full bath. And we converted it to two
bedrooms, Currently my roommate lives in converted one (11*13). We still
have a decent space for living room; we already have a couch and HD TV in
there. We will share the kitchen, and living room area.
The apartment is on 54 th Street and 10th ave( very good location) and is
in a full service building , which has 24/7 doorman and rooftop and free gym
! The apartment is also in a great location transportation-wise. We have
across town bus going along 57th st in front of our building, There are
buses going uptown and downtown on 9th and 10th ave. and we are close to
many subways(R, Q, N, W, A C E, B and D)
Overall the apartment is fantastic and I am a person who is VERY easy to
live with. I am an late 20’s and full time professional , who is very easy
to get a long with, always go with the flow, and most importantly always
pays bills on time!
The neighborhood and neighbors are fantastic - very safe, clean, with lots
of great restaurants on 9th ave and very easy for delivery. (I have tons of
delivery menus at home ). There is a huge supermarket in first
floor of our building; you can find anything you want to buy in there. Also
Near our block, we have Duane Reade, Subway, Dunkin Donuts, Starbucks,
The building is owned by a fantastic company called Archstone, so there is a
doorman service line you can call anytime, a live in building manager, and
they are extremely easy to deal with. There are laundry facilities on site,
and the building is pet friendly.
We are only looking for nice, normal, hardworking people and while there are
no fees a deposit is required.
