I'm a graduate student from Emory. Female. I have a 1b1ba apartment in
Lullwater Apartment (closest apartment to Emory, just opposite to Emory
U's gate.)
There are one bedroom, one independent living room, one bathroom and a
seperate kitchen. Now the independent living room is available from May
25 to August 19.
This apartment is:
1. Closest apartment to Emory, just opposite to Emory U's gate.
2. Public transportation is terribly convenient (Emory's free shuttle to
marta station, mall, downtown, publix supermarket,etc. and also couple
of MARTA lines)
3. Spacious room, clean, quiet.
4. Second floor.Huge French window. Face south.
The difference between the living room and the bedroom is there's no
physical wooden door with it, but we use heavy curtain as door. 100%
privacy guaranteed.
The two rooms are parallelled, and both face to the seperate kitchen,
which has a door to outside. The whole rent is 660 per month plus
utility (which we half-half share), and I'm asking USD310 for the living
room.
