Village will be available in May, and the moving date is negotiable. The
apartment is located on the 2nd floor (also the top). The room is mid-sized
with a big closet. You will share the kitchen and bathroom with two female
graduate students from UMD, both are nice, clean and quiet.
The apartment is located in College Park and the security of Seven Springs
Village is good. Shopping is very convenient, Shoppers, IKEA, and Home Depot
, etc are only 5 minutes walking distance away. We have been lived here for
several years, and enjoyed our living there a lot.
Commuting is very convenient, especially for interns in DC area and students
/scholars at the University of Maryland. UMD shuttle (110) and 81,83
stations are just in front of the building if you don't have a car. It only
takes you 10 minutes to get to the Greenbelt Metro station. If you have a
car, I-495, I-95, I-295 and 193 are in a couple of minutes access, and it
usually takes 30 minutes to get to DC area. Plenty of parking spaces are
near the building and free for all residents and visitors. The rent is $545
per month including utilities, and internet is ready for share. Female only.
