Two rooms available for rent in a single-family house in Stoneham. The
bedroom is 11x18, and the other room is 11x16, which has a fireplace, can be
a study room to put your computer or TV. Bedroom has a door leading to the
outside deck(nice view) and has a CEDAR CLOSET and a regular closet. Both
rooms are recently renovated with new ceiling, new carpet, new wall paint,
and new six panel doors…. You have your own half bathroom.
I can furnish the bedroom with some simple furniture: a bed, two chairs, a
five draw dresser, TV and TV stand.
You will share kitchen with me. (No other person in the house and I am only
looking for one tenant). Kitchen is fully applianced with dishwasher/
disposal/fridge/stove.
Rent $775 includes all utility, .ie. heating, cable TV, cable internet, hot
water and electricity.
Plenty of parking spaces at the parking lot at the back entrance.
Quiet and safe neighborhood. House located on a dead end street.
Easy access to I-93/95 and Rte 28. 3 min drive to the Postal Office, Bank Of
America, Stop and Shop, Shaws, CVS Pharmacy, UPS Store, Walgreens,
Blockbusters, Papa Johns, SUBWAY, BOSTON MARKET, Marshalls, Dress Barn, etc.
Easy public transportation: 10-15 minutes walk to commuter rail station-
Melrose Highland (on the Haverhill line). 5 min drive to Oak Grove T station
and can park there. 5 min walk to bus 131 stop to Malden Center/Oak Grove
Station. 7 min drive to the Middlesex Fells Reservation.
15 min drive to Downtown Boston.
Looking for quiet, easy-going, clean, and responsible person. Working
professional welcome. Prefer single/divorced person, who does not cook that
much. No drugs/smoking/drinking. NO PETS. (caged pets ok)
