My husband and I are moving due to change of jobs, so we want to sublease
the lovely one bedroom apt we live in right now. It has washer and dryer. It
comes with one free garage parking spot. The apartment is not furnished.
It is 8 minutes walk to the exchange place path station (which will take you
to world trade center path station in 5 minutes), 10 minute walk to grove
street path station (which will take you to midtown and NYU area), and 1
minutes walk to Jersey light rail (which goes to newport and other places in
Jersey).
Our lease will expire towards the end of December. But you can sign a new
lease with the property after that.
Asking for $2000 with water, electricity, and internet included (We pay a
monthly rent of $2300 + utility)
