Due to work relocation, I am moving out of the NYC area. I was wondering if
anyone here is interested in renting or purchasing a 2br/2ba apartment in
the near future. Here is my address and some more information about the
property:

Cliffside Park, NJ 07010
It is located between GW bridge and Lincoln Tunnel by the Hudson river. An
express bus (along Hudson river) from downstairs of the building goes to
Port Authority every day (takes about 20-25 mins). I used to work in the NYC
downtown area and it took about 45 mins to get to the downtown. The
apartment is about 5-minutes drive (15-25 minutes walk) from shopping malls,
restaurants, movie theater and several large supermarkets, including
Pathmart, Trader Joe's, Mitsuwa (a big Japanese food court and supermarket, http://www.mitsuwa.com/english/), HMart (a big Koren chain supermarket, http://www.hmart.com/), A&P Fresh, Walmart, Staples, Targets etc. The facilities include fitness center, tennis court, swimming pool, 24-hour doorman, indoor garage, library, etc. Our home is a 2-bedroom 2-bathroom apt (1,200 sqft) on the 16th floor with a spacious balcony and partial view of the Hudson river (i.e., I am attaching a pic taken from our balcony ). The monthly rental fee is $2200 (price is negotiable).
