哈德逊河边海景房Studio，本人短期回国，所以出租。大型小区、安全整洁 （居住都
是专业人士或者NYU学生），交通方便。Stuido干净整洁，家具俱全。离PATH车站只有
一个block，去NYU 9th Street PATH车站，大约六七分钟车程。便利店、咖啡店、超市
、饭店、shopping mall都是一两分钟步行。

It's available 1/17-2/23 but dates can be flexible for minimum one weeks'
