发帖数: 275 | 1 A bedroom with full private bathroom is ready for renting right now, and I
am flexible with new roommate's moving-in date. Here is the apartment

It locates with immediate access to the Dulles Toll Road (Route 267) and Reston Parkway. The apartment has its own washer/dryer in unit, gym in the complex, ample parking space. Fast internet access and basic cable (living room and your bedroom) is ready.
I am very quiet/clean female professional (programmer) in my 30's, came from
China more than 10 years ago. I mainly go to work 9-6 Monday through Friday
and stay quietly at home (can be in my own bedroom if you like) in non-
business hours. I am very clean, organized and quiet, no pets, no smoking/
drinking, etc. I use laundry 2-3 loads per week, I cook breakfast, seldom
cook lunch or dinner. According the past records, I have friends visiting
averagely once per half year, I have friends stay over night averagely once
per year. :) I take the master bedroom with its own bathroom. I am renting
the other bedroom with its own private bathroom in the hallway out. I do not
use the living room much, if you like, you can take as much space of the
living room, get a corner of your own office or things like that.
The room can be unfurnished, or the basic furniture (like a twin mattress, a
desk, a computer chair) can be provided. Monthly renting is $850 (including
all). Only quiet/clean people are welcome. Also, 1 month rent (negotiable)
as deposit, which is refundable upon moving out. For my lease, the total
cost for the apartment is $1548 monthly renting, plus all the other cost
like utility, cable, etc. You must pass the application and to be on the
lease before you can move in, here is the contact information of the leasing
office: http://www.thesycamores.homeproperties.com/info.php. Living term is flexible, 1 month in advance notice upon leaving. Upon your moving out, we will move your name from the lease.
