Hi, as I'm moving to another state, I'm subletting my bedroom right now (
earliest move in date is 2/9). You will share the great apt with another
girl who is very considerate and quiet and works in manhattan with a decent
job. The apt is on 9th floor in a high rise building http://www.parkertowers.com/ with 24 hour doorman in a very safe and convenient neighborhood of Forest Hills (please check the website for all the detailed perks of living here). The apt is not facing the street, so it's very quiet. As to the rent, i'll take care of February rent myself and you start with March rent (the whole apt is $1875 and your part is $1010; the rent includes heat, cold/hot water, gas, and trash, i.e., you only need to share the electricity bill besides rent each month). Overall to say, I really enjoy my almost 2-year stay here :)
