Jersey city. The rent price is 2250/month. The lease will be from Dec. 1st
2016 to April 30th 2017.
This studio is very big and nice. It actually have one extra room in
addition to the big studio. Total has about 550 square feet, similar as a
standard one bedroom. It's located in 18 park ave. Jersey city. Facing south
, a lot of sun exposure especially in Winter. 8th floor, nice view.
The building has nice gym, free yoga classes and all the amenity services
that you can image. The rent includes all the expenses except the
electricity and cable. You also don't need to pay application fee, property
insurance and gym fees. I already paid for the whole year. If you need, I
can sell some furniture to you with low price.
The light rails is right downstairs. 5 mins walk to PATH grove street
station. 2 mins walk to the water front. Very convenient.
