A room in 2/1 townhouse is available from now on.
I have one 2 bedrooms 1 bathroom two story townhouse. One bedroom is
available for rent starting from May 23, 2018
located in Kenmore area, 1.4 miles from UB south campus, 7 mins biking or 25
mins walking to UB south campus if no car.
we have two refrigerators, electric oven in kitchen, one living room and one
dining room in first floor. off street parking, a lot of storage space in
basement, very quiet and safe neighborhood. two bed rooms and 1 shared
bathroom upstairs.
gas heating, and electricity are utilities we have to share.
