We filed our 485 with NSC on Jul 2, 2007 [140 still pending]. Her current
job does not support H1B [university staff does not support H1B or provide
document for H1B]. How can she keep her status after Jan 14, 2008?
Q1. EAD application with the Fedex Delivery Receipt
I am still waiting for the 485 receipt from NSC. Can I file EAD for her with
the Fedex receipt?
Q2: H4 option
Or should I apply for H4 for her at the same time, or just one of them (
