已经有2011年的approved NIW,由于各种原因(especially in H4 status) 不得不上
EB1A。
今年2月份开始考虑申请绿卡, 当时Google Scholar引用18，审稿2. 跟Lawyer Yang of
fyzlaw 签了合同，一起准备申请材料. 律师很给力，基本都是当天或者第二天回复
我的问题, 推荐信修改和petition letter起草都非常快. Petition letter 10多页，
来回改了几遍, 花了非常多的心思在contribution上; Exhibition list里放了重要的
引用.
Because of the relocation of my family, my I140 was filed in mid-August,
2014, pp on Nov. 3, and approved on Nov. 13, 2014.
感谢我的老板们, 独立推荐人们，以及推荐我审稿人. 感谢律师的帮助, 没有律师的帮
忙肯定不可能这么顺利.
开始准备485了, 希望能早点拿到绿卡, 也祝大家 140，485赶紧获批。

As a H4, I do not have a job and can not provide employment letter, so my
lawyer asked me to provide documents supporting that I am still in the field
of my expertise.
My husband and I submitted our I485 together; he provided his employment
letter, copies of recent paystubs, and our recent years' W2s.
Hope my information is helpful.

My citation is 22. Several years ago when I filed my NIW EB2 petition, I
could not file the EB1A petition by myself due to the low citation number.
Even 7 months ago I could not file the EB1A by myself either.
It is the research that determines the citation. Only a handful of
physicists work on the related research field, the citation is low.
My lawyer did find some excellent parts or ideas that I did not realize.
If your background is similar to mine, do not hesitate to consult an
experienced immigration lawyer.
