Hi there,
Just started a job recently on Oct 1st based on H1B, but then find a job
from another company close to my spouse and would like to transfer the job.
Is there a minimum time that I have to work for my current employer before
I can file a transfer? Is 11/15 (3 bi-weekly pay checks) be good enough?
Any professional/Guru has a clear answer?

CIS memo once said employee needs to perform meaningful job before switching
to a new employer. Normally three months will be better.
