I already applied H-1 on April 1, 2009, and I got approve, will receive the
H-1 on Oct 1st, 2009.
However, I would like to change company, is that still available for me to
continues use the extend OPT to work for other company and give up my h-1?
if i switch to a new job before Oct 1st?
What I mean is I would like to give up my H-1b and continues use OPT to work
, because I want to switch company. Is that possible to give up on H-1b
