I apply to adjust my status to permanent resident through I-485 (dependent)
concurrent filing process with you. While this application is pending for
your approval, I have to undertake travel to P. R. China in order to visit
my elderly parents during April, 2012.
I have enclosed the following documents
Marriage Certificate
Two photos
I-131 duly filled
Kindly approve my advance parole.

now)
Copy of I-140 Approval Notice of the Principle applicant
Priority Date is current
A complete copy of the passport with all the pages of any
Stamps/visas/marks (last entry I 94-front and back) Copy
of current I-94 card with front and back
All copies of I-797s (H4 approved notice) and all I 94s (front and back） |

different department. It is better to prepare for them than they go to your
I 485 to search by themselves. That is just how I think... |
