发帖数: 550 | 3 这事情不可小视，这是INA白纸黑字的要求，DHS的secretary都无权waive. 不好多说应
该怎么做，我只能说如果你不能证明脱党五年（或者共党已经不执政了...)，于法你必
须被拒。大家都知道不交党费满一定时间就视作脱党了。

我们最近也在搞485，想问问你的党员那项如何解释的呢？有什么模版吗？解释的时候
需要注意什么方面吗

In May 2001, the last month of my high school education, I was recommended
by the school to join Chinese Communist Party (CCP). I decided to accept the
invitation, and was awarded CCP membership because I had been the best
student in my class throughout my high school life. At the same time, the
best students from 11 other classes were also awarded CPP membership.
In China, enrollment by CCP is a reward for good performance, as well as for
excellence in extracurricular activities and helping other students. Also,
CCP membership makes it easier for a student to get scholarships and awards
in universities, and for fresh graduate to get a good job in state-owned
enterprises. Thus, in all my classmates’ minds, the invitation for CCP
membership was not only recognition of excellent performance, but also would
be a big help for University life and job hunting after graduation. It was
with the hope for better chance to get scholarships and a better job after
graduation, that I accepted the invitation and joined CCP before I left high
school.
I have never been an active member of CCP, worked on any committee with any
position in CCP, attended any meetings or endorsed CCP policies. In fact, I
have just barely maintained the membership by paying the membership dues.
Starting on January 2013, I stopped paying CCP membership dues. According to
the rules and regulations of CCP, any member who fails to pay membership
dues for 6 consecutive months relinquishes their Party membership. Thus, I
had been deprived for the membership over two years.

发帖数: 12623 | 19 不对。有很多例外，譬如如果是for purposes of obtaining employment, food
rations, or other essentials of living就没问题。或者如果是Non-meaningful
membership也没有问题。
加上，就算有这个ban也是有waiver的。美国公民或永久居民的亲属可以申请waiver。
