Submit evidence to establish that you maintained your nonimmigrant status in
the United States sinceyour last lawfu l admission into the U.S. until the
date you filed your Fonn 1-485 to the present time.
This evidence may include the following:
• A photocopy of Approval notices (Form I-797) for all extension and
change of status:
• A photocopy of the Certificate of Eligibility for on immigrant (F- 1
) Student Status-ForAcademic and Language Students or Form I-20M-N.
Certificate of Eligibility forNon immigrant (M-1) Student Status for
Vocational Students (Form 1-20) or Certificate ofEligibility for Exchange
Visitor Status (Form DS-2016. fonnerly IAP 66) school records (frontand back
, including all school annotations); or
• A photocopy (front and back) of your Arrival/ Departure Record (Fonn
1-94).
先说下背景。这是LD的case，我是J1，她是J2。我申的Eb1a，已经拿到绿卡。但因为是
分开申请，她的处理比较慢。我们一直是J1/J2,没换过身份。
第一项：J1倒是办过延期，可是是学校直接办的，没有797.目前有的只是EAD卡的
approval，交这个吗？
第二项：提交所有的DS2019表（DS2016是typo？因为IAP66就是现在的2019表）
第三项：提交最近的I94（交485以后离境一次）和上一次的I94（交485之前的最近一次）
是不是这些就够了呢，不知道有没有遗漏或者补充的？ | W*F
