two EB1A or two EB1B 140?
For example, while the first petition is pending, I was not confident about
it at all, because of lawyer's lowsy work.... Can I submit another one,
because I want DIY and I got more new evidence.
Is there any law that forbits me to do that?

在其辖区可以再交份 NIW 吗？－－可以。
对于 PERM 的 I-140 也是如此。只要有公司愿意给你办绿卡，甭管有几个。韩信点兵
，多多益善。
填 I-140 表的时候要注意，Part 4 有一问 "6. Has any immigrant visa petition
ever been filed by or on behalf of this person?" 要答 "Yes". |
