我不知道接下来的状况会是什么
这个判罚会有多严重
但是他持绿卡，会不会对申请公民有威胁
怎样才能把这种威胁减少到最低甚至没有
他现在还在监狱，明天出庭听证
不知道她老婆能做些什么能够把代价减少到最低
我知道凭着我们几个朋友的孤陋寡闻是解决不好问题的

不过家暴是一定要找律师的,甭管花多少钱,那些检察官最喜欢这类案子,没多大事也要
整你个半死.

will be.
Try to get it dismissed or convicted with lesser crime like disturbing
peace, he will be fine if it is the only conviction for him ever.

果这次庭审不能dismiss这个trial。提出上诉，最次，刑过之后，再努力clear the
record。有record是会对公民申请有影响的。 |

必要执行这两个想法吗？
1. 我朋友LP希望我在出庭的时候出现，中文告诉他LG不要承认他打了LP，她就不出现
了。
2. 我朋友LP自己出庭，主动告诉法官她没有被打，理由如下： 警察到的时候并没有看
到他们被打，她当时看到警察吓坏了，也没有主动告诉警察她被打，是警察问她：你被
打了吗？你被锤了吗？她当时由于第一次看到警察，太紧张，只摇头或者点头，警察用
自己的理解表达出的语句，她有的几乎都不能完全听懂。在她眼里，他老公并没有打他
，而且她脖子上的痕迹是他老公吻的
请问大家，都走这两条路的必要吗？也有些人建议，随便怎么，不出庭就意味着随便他

如果是他lp打911,这个就很困难了,没打人难道是报警好玩阿
他lg现在说什么都没人听得,关键在于证据.

1. Is the Husband still in jail? Or he got the restriction order? Why
he cannot talk to the wife. BTW, in court, even in the hallway, it
could be monitored. Even if you spoke in Chinese, it could be known to
other people even though it might not be taken as evidence.
2. Is the court appearance the 1st time? If so, he just pleads not
guilty on all charges. Nothing else.
3. Does he have a lawyer?

他还在监狱，主要因为是双休日
他LP打电话去监狱，被告知不能跟他讲话，但是LG可以自己电话老婆，可是他LP不知道
为什么也没有接到电话
明天是第一次听证
因为一直没有跟他联系上，也不知道他有没有律师
