In fact I didn't hire lawyer for petition letter.
I believe I can do better than the lawyer.
I prepared the petition letter, 22 pages, using 1 weekend and several nights
, with clear organization and concise presentation, I believe.
So DIY is efficient, cheap and successful.
Citations can be found from ISI Web of Science and Google scholar, or SCOPUS
