I contact 精诚 on Eb1b too. Actually I have a weak background (PhD in USA,
Several OK papers, 20+ citations, several reviews (<5),No patents, no books,
no media reports). However they are so positive, and told me its no problem
to apply for Eb1b even the university doesn't sign. I was told as long as
the boss sponsors, it will be fine.
Any one has experience or comments? Thanks. | m******k

he or she will let you pass.
But if the IO gets serious, this might be the killer.
Just my wild guess. Jingcheng might actually have got around that once or
twice because they were lucky. But hey, everything about EB1 is about random
throw of dice. |
