回复时一定按IO 提出的阐述。建议仔细研读老大的长贴和CHRISTMAS的文章。以下宝贵意见供参考：
1.不能以推荐信为主要证据。
2.只把推荐信中的好的内容引到申请信中。
3.推荐信不能有将来如何如何，要强调你现在的成就以及国际影响。不要讲假设。
4.推荐信的内容要穿插在你的每个发现的支持中。就是不要把大段推荐信堆积在一起。
5.只强调你的2-3个发现就可以了。每个发现简介一下，然后列出各方面的支持证据，
这些是可以查到的。包括文章发表在好期刊，引文有多个国家学者，获奖，推荐信，引
文中的作者推荐信证明你的发现使他产生某种想法，因此有新发现。要时不时出现、强
调你是INTERNATIONAL RECOGNIZED ,SIGNIFICANT IMPACT YOUR FIELD。
6.会员在RFE 可放在MEMBERSHIP中。 |

如果你觉得你的case不错，但是每条都rfe了，可能说明io没仔细看，就发了generic
rfe，所以你不用太着急，按要求好好回复就好了
我当时在nsc pp了以后就是，每条都rfe，感觉根本没过细看
但是response以后，三天就批了 |

比如你说你的论文被12个国家的研究者引用了22次。so what! mean nothing！你即使引
了100次又如何。看不出有什么significant impact. 具体下去。

发帖数: 1352 | 19 你们都说得太对了。我以前有误解，以为petition letter里要用IO能理解的语言，要
尽量少涉及具体的技术名词；觉得一篇文章被大范围多次引用，就足以说明它产
生了很大的影响；以为某项技术被专家评为潜力很大，也能说明相应工作有很高impact。因此我没去深挖具体的已经生效的impact。
我前面的信的确准备得太粗糙。再过几天能收集到这些材料：
1，一个杂志编辑写的信，说我的review次数非常好，review质量也好
2，三个引用我文章的人写的信，说我的文章对他们有很大帮助啥的
3，N年前有人就我某篇论文进行探讨的email被翻出来了
4，N年前国内一所大学邀请我去作讲演的邀请也被翻出来了
5，找以前的导师写了封证明信，说明我很多工作已经有了实际效果，而不是"会有效果
"。
仔细找找对我工作的引用，有人在博士论文里大段引用我的公式，我打算强调；
有很多人在他们的论文里都用到我首提的某个概念，但郁闷的是他们都没用"break做了
啥啥"这种容易被外行接受的说法，而且先在介绍部分把我论文当个编号晃以下，之后
在正文里用到我提出的概念时却不给任何reference。我只好自己来吹了。

发帖数: 3862 | 22 以我这个还没申请的人来看，possibly 和proposed用得太多了，EB1A明确要求了不是
potential impact.
当然我也是纸上谈兵，自己的petition letter 还没开始写。
