先打电话，没有权利refund
去info pass, 说没戏，心里一沉，赖着没有马上走，有理有节显示资料，ＩＯ说可
以try一下service request。然后在电脑上敲了半天，没有要我的资料
２天后USCIS email回来，refund rejected；马上回email，拿出ＲＥＦ的精神，a
ttach exhibt 1,2,3,4,声情并茂写了一封申述信
７天后告诉我
we are gathering all necessary papers and going thru the proper channels
to be able to refund your money...
感觉有戏哟

才交的两个485， LZ是基于两个通过的140交的两个485， 所以LZ的脑子多半是进了水。

ＯＰ还沉浸在１０００刀的损失，不知道有没有了解到multiple A#的麻烦。。。如

number on it. I copied this approval, and submitted it with the petition
documents for Eb1A. The approval notice for Eb1A has the same A# as my Eb1b,
which shows Eb1b has relinked to Eb1A. There is no need to worry about this
problem.
