Status: Initial Review.

发帖数: 855 | 4 If it was transferred, the LUD would tell you that your case was transferred
from X to Y. Some soft LUD does not mean anything. Also the online info is
not always accurate. My relinked 485 had been approved by end of last Nov.
and my 140 was still in acceptance stage even now. |

Is there some statistical evidence showing that TSC has looser criteria and is easier for petitioners to get EB1 approval? I am just wondering where I should be
filing my EB1 PP e-filing - I am a Resident of CA.
My NIW EB2 was sent to NSC no e-file.
Any comments from any Laoda please? |
