发帖数: 1638 | 3 You can mail your 485 concurrently with your 140 petition to TSC, if you are
using efile.
Otherwise, once your 140 has been approved in TSC, you can mail your 485 to
TSC, (not NSC).

refer to 140
140 i should file to nsc for paper based,however I use efile to tsc, i think
it should go tsc?
