发帖数: 72 | 508 I have the walk-in FP in pittsburgh and the officers did not ask me for walk
-in reason. Actually they were happy to have something to do: only one more
person had the FP at the same time with me. In some other place, the
scenario may be different. My wife had an appointment on the afternoon and
she took the FP on the morning in another city. But the office still was not
happy for the 4-hour earlier FP. Anyway, there is no loss to try the walk-in. |

after the finger printing. I want to my local office as well but got refused
since there were so many people who were there for the citizen ceremony:(.

finger priting and it was qutie fast. He went early morning today (around 8:
30am) local time. He told me that he only talked with guard why he showed up
in different office (his appointment is with me in other city).
It should be quite easy. Don't worry.:).

The ASC employee is 3 plus 1 guard. the FPee is 1, I mean only myself is in
that center at that moment.
The whole process took me only 30 mins, between I leave my office and walk
back to my office. hehe (My company is 411 silver lane. haha)
My LD walked in FP at Charlotte, NC this morning. It was also super easy.

to know what type of form I need to fill. He was so boring at that time.
After he knew I came for I485 FP, he gave the right form to me and let me in
. Then I waited in the hall until someone called me to make the FP.

不敢相信那么容易就完成了指纹。
另外，因为我和老公的FP notice上都有485和765两个号，但485的号前表明了是485，
765的号前没有任何标记，只是由于我们知道我们的765号，才知道那是765。两个打指
纹的工作人员就不知道另外一个号是干什么的了，他们去问了经理，回来说是765。所

我这个星期一打得，也是这样的。这个lud很可能是系统自动给的。

mail to the tsc followup to see if they'll send us the receipts again but
heard nothing so far.
Good news is that today my LG's FP notice arrived. The FP ND is 6/18/10 and
the scheduled FP date is 7/16/10. I think the letter was actually sent out
on 6/22/10. No FP notice for me although my I-485 LUD is same as my LG. :(

walk in主要看你去的center和你的运气。有人说有的center周三是walk in的日子。我
是周五去的，去之前问了三个去这个center FP的朋友，都说非常严，两个小时都不让
提前。于是我抱着试试看的态度去了，结果非常顺利的就完成了FP。所以你可以试试，
顶多做不了，没什么损失。

Just want to share that in Wheaton, MD ASC cencter, the guard is not
friendly. One person got denied by walking in the day we did our FP.
But they are OK for bringing baby. |

然后6月3日-4日打指纹有连续两次LUD；
最后就是6月24和25日两次LUD和电邮通知card production ordered;
6月28号收到正式的approval letter；
昨天就是7月1号又有LUD和email “Approval notice sent.”

次是Officer Garza回的，很有用，告诉我FP，name check都clear了，但还没有assign
to an Officer。

through whatever I can get online~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
But at lease I got to know that our 131s were sent for document production
from followup email. But our online status is still initial review!!

凡是周五打指纹的，就周五，下个周一和周二，共三个LUD。
若是其他时间做的FP，就是FP当天和第二天，共二个LUD。

需要说明的是，我删除了表格中的头16条信息。一是因为文件较大，二是这16个人的信
息也不全，只有485批准的日期和收到卡的日期。这主要是当时新卡制作的慢而产生的
，现在卡都正常了，所以参考价值也不大了。
另外，我看485的批准还主要是以485的收到日期来排的。看看这几天批准的，有些虽然
是6月份FP的，但RD都是3月或4月的。就目前的数据显示（仅限这个表格中的数据），
还没有一个5月RD的批准的。所以我还是按RD来整理表格。在每个周末，我可以给出按

也不用每次拷屏贴图了
只要贴链接就行了
别人想要自己排序也很方便

responses yesteray.
She told me, "Everything is good to go. These cases have been assigned to
an officer and I have forwarded this inquiry to her. Hopefully a decision
will be made shortly "
But last time my NIW I-140 stuck with an officer for 2 month before he/she
made a decision.

update下,6/23 EAD approved, 7/7 131 approved.就等485的消息了.
我和LP一起6/1打的指纹,结果2个星期后又收到FP notice for my wife only,马上开车
去ASC,还好这次因为是第二次打,所以让walk in了.
LP下个星期一上班,经过好几个电话和email的交涉,还schedule了一个Info pass,终于
在6/30收到EAD了.希望接下来485能顺利地快点批吧.

的确太慢了，140慢点我还能理解，毕竟很多都是近200页的材料。485步就是看PD是不
是current,name check, FP check和体检表是不是完整。那里需要等这么久。。

status this morning and noticed that I-131 has changed to post decision and
485 changes to decision.
Just don't understand why our 485 don't jump to post decision directly like

都被问了原因，有的就不让提前，有的要证据。所以若想walk in，最好提前想好理由，若有证据，那更好。

也不一定批。但walk in的目的就是若name check clear了，就有可能批。所以就想提
前几天FP，好提前拿到绿卡。

手都没擦。我问她，她说你的指纹很清晰，所以没关系。所以不用担心。但注意看着你
的每一个扫描，确保都合格了。

个大章，然后给了一个表让填。就是我个人的简单信息。填好后交回去，让在座位上等
。很快，就叫我的名字去按指纹，然后照了个像。之后，把notice 和一个service
survey card 给我。service survey card 是optional, 想填就填，不想填就不用填。
我都给填了excellent. 前后用了大约一刻钟。

。如果你是6月寄的材料，你的FP NOTICE应该比我的快，因为5月份递材料的人比4月份
少了大概一半。

EAD就批了呢。所以EAD的FP不是必须的，不用担心。
