发帖数: 256 | 1 8月EAD要过期了，2007年concurrent时LD主申请人。需要renew EAD,属于(c)(9)，考虑自己办,如果比较麻烦会考虑请律师办。
有个问题请教一下，INS系统我的家庭地址同LD的一样，但是我现在在另外一个州工作，两个州属于不同的lockbox。现在的问题是LD那边下个月可能要搬家，很大可能性不能用现在系统里的地址。
请问我如果用我的另外一个州的地址会有什么问题么？
另外现在EAD需要大概多常时间?

EAD申请上你填什么地址，卡就寄到什么地址
EAD的审批时间完全取决于运气，有4个月没批的也有2个礼拜就收到卡的 | h*********n

Thanks for your reply. You mentioned about it may not be a problem using my current address. Would the address discripency will make the approval process longer? This is my concern. Any idea?
Meantime, I am thinking to change INS system address to my current, file the EAD using my own current one, then after get the card and LD's moving settle down, change the INS address to LD's. Anyone think this will be a problem to change the INS address so frequently?
