proof that the employer has more than three full time researchers, my company
has more than 300 researchers. The RFE was responded today, I am looking
forward to the approval in days. I have a pending I485 from my approved NIW, and mentioned in the EB1(b) application, I485 might be approved without relink. The problem is that I have to go back to China within a week. Please advise what to do? | l******5
