5/12/10 Eb1a transferred to NSC and consolidated with I-485
I-485 STILL PENDING SO FAR
Ask Senator office to help, was told I-485 still in security Check (I-485
filed July 2007, Name check was clear when I infopassed in April)
5/21/10 I-485 soft update, no FP notice.
Confused why I-485 is in security check again?
Any insight suggestions?

The adjudicating officer will be checking for your clearances weekly. As
soon as this occurs your applications will be adjudicated. |

5/17 started relink process, email, mail and phone call
5/21 I-485 soft lud
6/1 called Texas service center and told that relink has been initiated with
case number
6/10 infopass. was totally useless, didn't get any information.
07/2007 filed 485, it's pending as of now. |
