USCIS has been issuing more RFE (request for evidence) than usually. This is
not to say your petition will fall under the RFE. However, depending on the
outcome of the I-140 petitions. If an RFE is requested, the immigration
vendor will conduct the assessment and if the discussion is to withdrawn and
refile the I-140 again. The legal and application fees for I-485 will all
