1) After greened, does one need EAD to work?
2) When 485 is pending, does one need EAD if he/she is holding a H1-B visa
3) When 485 is pending, does one need EAD if he/she is holding a F1 visa and
will apply for OPT

denied bc you have green-ed.
2. when i485 pending, you can apply EAD in the same package without paying
EAD extra fee. You don't have to apply EAD with it though. But please note
that EAD gives you the option to work for ANY company whereas H1 locks you
down with H1 company only. Being i485 pending and H1 valid give you double (
valid) status.
3. F-1 cannot work. With EAD or OPT, F-1 holder can work. EAD is valid (or
