an IO and asked me to give some time for processing.

replies from Officer Garza one by one:
"Thank you for your inquiry. Yes, name checks have cleared."
"Thank you for your inquiry. These cases are in the unit, where they will
be reviewed. Please be patient."
"Thank you for your inquiry. Lets wait 30 days."
My (with my LG) RD is 5/27/2010, DIY, I-485 only.

T**************[email protected]) to Garza on 8/24/10, but no reply from him/her yet
. I called the uscis customer service early. They told me that my name
check was cleared and I need to wait till four month to do service request. |

发帖数: 573 | 13 For me, I told her my name, 485 receipt number, when I submitted my case, my
FP time and what the USCIS customer service told me. I mentioned that many
cases in May have been approved. Then I asked for help to check if my case
has been assigned to an IO and thank her/him for the help. |

话的人竟然告诉我485才处理到3月份，让我耐心等。当时听了很沮丧。但是没办法，心
想，既然如此，那就耐心等吧，再说他们网上给的处理时间是4个月。可是，没想到今
天就给批了。485 分给IO后，最迟估计一周左右就会批了。Bless！
