for passport renewal on 10/16, and I do want to renew my passport on that
day. But I'm also going to file 485 and 130 concurrently, and I expect to
get them ready to mail around mid October. Should I file the forms first
or renew passport first?
1. if I file the forms first I won't get a receipt before 10/16, so I
don't have any proof document for passport renewal ( I will lose my F1
