小孩H-4有效,目前在美國境外
請問的問題:
在我i-485尚未通過時,若讓小孩速來美 (若我的485過,則H-4失效)
(1)可否先寄出485,因為體檢太費時間,隨時我的485都有可能會過,H-4就out-of-status
. 485 instruction上說oos 180day還可以,真的嗎?
(2)485 instruction說小孩filing fee是 a.600 with parent b.930 if independent
filing.那在我這種情況是930$嗎?
(3)小孩也要申請AP and EAD嗎?
如果要的話,是否三張申請表要分裝在三個信封呢?
(4)送件時還要附上

若小孩已入境美國,我的485批了,則一樣用上述流程送交485嗎?

发帖数: 331 | 3 I-485 is adjust of status (AOS), your kid must be in America at the time of
AOS. If he/she is not in USA now, she/he can not submit 485. she/he can file I-824. It’s $324.
If she/he is here, she/he can submit 485 without medical exam, USCIS will
request it later. if I_485, $930
If your kid plans to work, she/he needs EAD. Otherwise not.
If your kid plan to travel outside of USA in the near future, she/he needs
to apply for AP.
One envelop is good enough. Clip different application separately, and put
cover letter in.
In the application for your kid, you need to submit your copy of receipt of I-485. |
