我在达拉斯申请的EB1A，在ND之后等了两个多月，终于等来了FP。FP预约的时间是11月
23日下午1点。问题是我上周刚找到了一份加州的工作，开始日期是11月22日。我不可
能上班后第二天飞回达拉斯打指纹。
今天早上我尝试去Walk-in，结果被门卫拦住不让进。她说必须等到预约的日期才行。
我告诉她我那天有事，她说那你要reschedule，而且现在最早的available的日期是十
二月的第一个星期。我说我马上要去加州工作了，她说那你必须先改地址，然后跟那边
的office联系，看能否在那边预约。
问题时我现在还没敲定加州那边的房子，没法改地址。我大概要到了加州之后一两周才
能租一个房子（开始可能先住旅馆）。而我现在预约的时间是11月23日。等我租好房子
再改地址，然后再重新预约加州的，肯定23号之前搞不定了。FP通知上说，如果到期不
出现，485申请就算放弃了。
请问谁有过类似情况，我现在应该怎么办呢？不要因此搞得485被拒了就惨了。 |

time of the day, how busy the center is at that particular moment. You might
get lucky next time. |

why I waited for more than two months to get the FP, while most people get
it within 1-2 weeks after ND. So I think the chance to be able to get-in is
very small.
I will try again to walk-in. Just in case I was refused again, what should I
do?

not true.
more than a month is not something out of ordinary
I think as the other post mentioned, you can just try walk-in on a
different day... and bring your proof, such as air ticket, offer letter
with the start date etc

notice, and was refused when we try to walked in. We were tole that walk-
in is only for those who missed their appointment... |

after 3:00pm.
