在开始还是排期到了再开始，信里的意思模棱两可。我问律师，律师不回信。我现在除

DEAR XYZ,
Your labor certification application has been approved by the U.S.
Department of Labor. It will take about 7 to 14 days for us to receive the
approved labor certification application. Upon receipt, we will be ready to
proceed with step 2, the I-140 Immigrant Visa Petition.
We currently have a backlog of green card visa availability for applicants
born in China. Therefore, at this time, you are not eligible to file for
your green card application/adjustment of status. The immigration service
is currently working on priority dates of June 1, 2006 or earlier. Once the
Department of State visa bulletin reaches 11/10/2010, you will be eligible
to file your adjustment of status application. | l******c

律师的"adjustment of status"我的理解是交i485转身份
所以你要做的就是跟律师确认下，确认他会尽快交140就好了。

现在不能递485.
