you, such as the lawyer who is the contact persion in I140, not you for EB1b.
Check with them. The nitice should be received in three weeks.

Usually
My situation is similar to yours. My EB1b was sent on Nov 20, and received
on Nov 22. So far, the checks are still not deposited, of course, I have not
received the receipt. I don't know how long I need to wait. Maybe many
applicants sent the application before the date of fee adjustment. If
possible, we can share some information and experiences, thanks.
