your achievements have been recognized in your field of expertise.”
再次说了一下，满足claim的三项，话峰一转“It is apparent that you have begun
to make an impact and rise in your field. However, your significant work
were achieved in 2009 and 2010. Your achievements have not had time to
elevate you to the level of extraordinary ability. Take as a whole, the
evidence does not show that you are one of the small percentage who are at
the very top of the field and have sustained national or international

请问大家如何特别针对这个“However, your significant work were achieved in

现在手里还有一封INDEPENDENT 的推荐信，还有两封Journal Editor证明review的信，
可以再找现任老板写一封。马上就过节了，其他的估计困难了
另外就是文章,conference，citation, review 这半年都有显著增加。这些在140提交
之后的证据能不能在REPLY中提？
请教版上大牛们，针对我这样的情况，怎样组织材料比较好，三条都通过了还NOID，看
来最近风头真的很紧啊

而且他回复RFE非常慢，我知道另外一个也是在他手上RFE之后8个月左右被拒，我的是
RFE之后6个月悲剧。 |

我知道大概有8个人左右是遇到他了，只听说一个通过了。
我回复的时候还没有这个新两步法，所以根本没按照这个准备，结果被他拖到这个新条
例出来之后，然后被拒，写了十几页的据信，很是严厉。

就是满足三条不能够证明你杰出之类的屁话，我感觉他在开始审我的申请时就已经决定
要锯掉我了，后面的工作就是走形式。浪费我了小一年的时间。

If the INDEPENDENT clearly claimed how important your work is, it should be
good.
还有两封Journal Editor证明review的信，
May not as useful as your thought based on my experience
可以再找现任老板写一封。马上就过节了，其他的估计困难了
unless 现任老板 have very strong evidence how top your work is ( for example
, you lab got more than x million $ founding based on your work
另外就是文章,conference，citation, review 这半年都有显著增加。这些在140提交

你的引用不是很多（當然我不了解你的專業）, 我認為， 你的回應應著重於你的貢獻
的質量， 至少應包括兩封INDEPENDENT Expert 的支持信以及相應的表明你的貢獻的質
量的相關證據。
如你有律師， 你應和他慎重地討論。 如是 DIY， 更應精心佈局。流於形式的回應不
會有實質的幫助。
一般地說，USCIS不會算入在140提交之后的發表的文章或引用。 |
