在where to file 里面讲到：All Form I-140 Petitions ... must be filed at the
USCIS Dallas Lockbox facility...

但是后面又说：If the Location of the beneficiary's permanent employment will
be in: ... New York..., and Form I-140 is filed alone or with Form I-485,
the file the petition at the USCIS Texas Service Center:

Mexquite, TX 75185
记得以前没有Dallas lockbox,是不是现在有新规定了？我现在在the state of New
York工作，到底应该file I－140到Dallas Lockbox还是USCIS TSC？多谢老师们指教。 | g**v

除在part2中选了f的外，所有的寄到：

EB2 PERM类别的绿卡申请是file到Nebraska Service Center（NSC）或者Texas

Center（TSC）。具体file到NSC还是TSC，取决于申请人工作所在地。具体如下：

Commonwealth of Northern Mariana Islands, Guam, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois,
Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska,

所有EB1、所有EB2、EB3中的非skilled worker(即prfessional or any other worker)，这三个类别的绿卡申请是file到USCIS Dallas Lockbox. 具体邮寄地址是：USCIS, PO BOX 660867, Dallas, TX 75266.
EB3中的skilled worker(即I-140 part 2选项f)类别的绿卡申请是file到Nebraska

the beneficiary will be employed permanently in Alaska, Arizona, .....
Wisconsin, or Wyoming
是不是说I-907 和 I-140一起FILE的话, 就寄到NSC ? 我现在所有推荐信的开头, 都是
写给NSC的, 看来只好PP 和140一起递了 ?
