刚收到USCIS寄来的NOTICE，为什么它说 “The evidence indicates that he or she
is not eligible to file an adjustment of status application .” 感到很困惑
。我只 file 了 140，还没提交485呢。如果不 eligible to file an adjustment
of status application ，这怎么能算APPROVE 了呢？ 好担心呀，有人碰到过类似
情况吗？请过来人指点一下呀。 多谢了！ |

you can still call them about it, if it is a hard copy in mail.
