Background:
1) Research scientist at a big company and PhD from a good US school;
2) 4 first author papers and 1 second author paper, 5-6 conference
abstracts, 3 patent applications
3) One 1st author paper has a university press release and then got
transferred to > 20 big or small websites and my name is only mentioned in
the end to state my contribution; two 1st-author papers are front covers for
good journals , but with very limited citations.
4) Total citation >80 with around 60 independent
5) 13 journal reviews
