当初的offer letter里面没有tenure或permanent字样，我该怎么回答？ 请各位有经验

Please submit a complete copy of the actual letter and/or contract offering
employment to the beneficiary (addressed to the beneficiary) issued at the
time of hire by the appropriate university hiring authority pursuant ot
Title 8, code of federal regulation 204.5(i)(3). This letter or contract
must set forth the title, terms and conditions of the position offered. If
the beneficiary has changed positions since her initial hire, please send
documentation conforming with the above for each position.
Please submit a copy of the relevant portion of the university personnel
manual, administrative handbook, etc. that covers the type of appointment

发帖数: 447 | 3 that's ok. You are in the same situation as mine. You can just sent your
real original offer letter. Then ask your boss and hr to sign a new letter/
letters to verify that your position is not tenure track, but it is viewed
as permanent since xxxx. new letters must be print on official papers with
letter head. Then you should be fine. | x*******n
