proof to show >=3 full-time permanent researchers (not sure including you or
not)
proof to show documented research: papers, patents
company introduction (optional)

I-140: for e-file, company submits this online
offer letter and/or employment verification letter: at least one should
prove you are a full-time permanent researcher
petition letter
I-907 if you want to file PP
