information in this case I140 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR ALIEN WORKER. Please

sent you an RFE letter, you should receive the mail in about 3 business
days. (Your RFE was sent out on April 8, a week ago!)
Please note that typically you have 30 days (or 33 days in case they sent
you the RFE by mail) since they sent you the RFE, so act quickly.

EB1B since 90% can be approved. |

从上面信息看，USCIS 是4月8日把notice 寄出来的。
但是人力资源部的director 说今天还没有收到。（他应该不会骗我的）
如果寄丢了，可以打电话让USCIS 重新寄吗？
可以让打电话让USCIS直接把notic fax过来吗？
